Privacy Policy
Introduction
This page (the "Site") is a marketing landing page for the mobile application Race Around Britain, a location-based driving and travel challenge game set across Britain. The Site is operated by Landlabprev ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you visit this Site and what rights you have in relation to that information.
The Site itself does not contain any forms and does not ask you to submit personal data such as your name, email address or phone number. We do not collect personal data through forms of our own.
What We Collect
When you visit the Site, limited technical data is generated automatically by your browser and device, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view. If you give your consent via the cookie banner, cookie identifiers and similar technologies are also used, solely for analytics and advertising measurement purposes, so that we can understand how visitors interact with the Site and measure the performance of our marketing.
- Technical and log data processed to operate and secure the Site;
- Cookie and similar identifiers, processed only after you give consent, for analytics and advertising measurement.
Legal Basis for Processing
Technical data strictly necessary to display the Site and keep it secure is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functioning and secure website. Analytics and advertising measurement cookies are processed only on the basis of your freely given, informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time as described in our Cookie Policy.
Who Processes Your Data
Data is processed by Landlabprev as the operator of the Site. Where cookies for analytics or advertising measurement are used, the corresponding third-party providers of those tools may also process the resulting identifiers as processors or, where applicable, as independent controllers of the information they collect, in accordance with their own privacy notices.
How Long Data Is Kept
Technical log data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate and secure the Site. Cookie identifiers are retained for the duration described in our Cookie Policy, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first.
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data concerning you;
- Request deletion (erasure) of your personal data;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest or consent;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
You may exercise these rights by contacting us by email. At this time, no dedicated contact email address is published for this Site, so where an email channel is not available to you, you may instead exercise your rights, including objection to cookies, directly through your browser's cookie and privacy settings, or through the consent banner shown on this Site.
